Sweetener mix

iStevia Premix is specially designed for bakery, confectionary and dairy use. Use of pure steviol glycosides or rebaudiosideA in making sweets, baked products and dairy products results in loss of texture, flavour and mouth feel of the food. To overcome this, and to produce foods with predictable physical characteristics, iStevia PreMIX has been developed.

 

The taste profile of the product is unparalleled and it does not produce any bitter aftertaste and slow sweetness onset like other common stevia based food additives. With iStevia Premix, replacement of even 100% of sugar is possible in dairy based sweets without any compromise in taste and appearance of the product.

iStevia Premix sweetens the food and simulates the texture, viscosity, mouth-feel and flavour of sugar in food without contributing any calories.

 

 

It is heat stable and compatible with most of other food additives.

 

iStevia PreMIX does not impart any undesirable odour and aftertaste in the food. 

 

Use of special non-nutritive, fillers ensures very low glycemic index along with sugar like crystalline nature of the product.

  2. Specific Stevioside/Reb-A ratio is used which has high solubility as well as high sweetness index.
