This product group is marketed under our registered brand name “iStevia”. This category of products are healthy and natural sweeteners for beverages, confectioneries, bakeries and pharmaceuticals.                                                                                                                                            

2. Janus TeVAL – a pectinase based enzyme, through a proprietary ZERO WASTE solid substrate fermentation that aids in increasing the value of tea. This is primarily used by the Tea factories to enhance the quality of tea even when using inferior grades of leaves. This is a 100% natural product whose use in making of tea is approved by the Government of India Food Safety authorities                                                                                                                                                              

3. Speciality Coal Tar formulation, branded B-Tar finds applications in the manufacture of creams and ointments for treatment of Psoriasis

 

Janus has its own research laboratory in Kolkata, manned by BioTechnologists and Chemists with considerable domain expertise. The company has developed its own technology for extraction of high grade steviol glycosides from Stevia plants; Janus expects to put up its own extraction unit for this once the quality of stevia plants in India comes up to the required levels for economic extraction.
